As the primary Life Sciences focused company in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) and the Platform as a Service (PaaS) space, our primary source of new customers is the amazing number of "word of mouth" endorsements we get from our existing customers.

Our average client has a sales force of between 200 and 800 sales reps and is headquartered in the US, although we also operate in Canada, the Caribbean, and in Europe.

Most of our client engagements start within the Sales & Marketing groups, and then quickly expand to groups such as Compliance, Legal, Operations, Field Training, IT, HR, and other internal departments.
