![]() | Mario Martinez II| CEO Mario Martinez II is Chief Executive Officer of 360 Vantage, responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the business. With more than 15 years of enterprise class experience with multi-billion dollar U.S. and International Life Sciences firms both public and private, Martinez brings with him sales and marketing technology management expertise including end-user and infrastructure technology operations and support, customer relationship management and business intelligence solutions. He has served on both the vendor and client sides of the business and has been responsible for global scale operating environments and worldwide rollout and management projects. His specialties in technology systems management within the Life Sciences industry include SFA, CRM, BI systems, mobile solutions including hardware and software, data center operations, project management, operations management, training, negotiations, and executive management. Today with his diverse background, business acumen, leadership skills and proven track record of success, he is focused on leading the 360 Vantage team to achieve its mission of building a world class technology solutions company where clients, employees, and shareholders enjoy great success. |
![]() | Jay Kapadia| Director, Client Services Jay Kapadia is Director, Client Services at 360 Vantage where he is responsible for every detail of the client engagement process. Jay is focussed on improving and strengthening client relationships and optimizing the engagement at both a strategic and tactical level. Jay also plays an important role in optimizing client delivery operations and resource utilization to help drive maximum profitability. Always client focussed, Jay believes in creating a results-oriented culture which is process dependent rather than people dependent. The ability to deliver on 100% of client expectations using an agile methodology and flexible planning process are core to Jay's management style. Jay has been involved in service delivery for the past eight years and has played an active role in every aspect, including support, research, development, technical leadership, project management, pre-sales and marketing. Jay holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from the University of South Gujarat, India. |
![]() | Richard "Nino" Davi| Director, Technology Richard Davi is Director, Technology at 360 Vantage where he is responsible for the overall technology delivery and strategy. Richard manages a world class global delivery team focused on driving customer value through on time and on budget project completion. In addition to Professional Services the Technology Team also handles Managed Services, providing prompt, accurate responses and first class customer service to clients. Richard holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. |
![]() | Vishal Dass| Director, Sales Vishal Dass is Director of Sales at 360 Vantage where he is responsible for key account management, new business development and setting strategic direction of the overall sales process. Prior to this role, Vishal was in sales management at IMS Health, focused on the cardiology, diabetes, HIV and dermatology markets. He consulted with clients across the spectrum of Life Sciences specialties, and played a key role in projects that set client strategy and tactics for product life cycle management, product launches and sales force effectiveness. Vishal has more than 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries, including in a variety of companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 life sciences organizations. His responsibilities have spanned a range of sales, marketing and cross-functional team management. Vishal has a B.S in Biomedical Engineering/Pre-Med and an MBA degree from Arizona State University. |
![]() | Krishna Somayajula| GM, International Operations As General Manager of 360 Vantage International, Krishna is responsible for building and leading a high-performance development organization while reinforcing the policies and governance set forth by management in the operation of the business. In this role, he also oversees development, HR, training, finance, technology, delivery and client support. Working closely with the entire management team, Krishna helps guide overall strategic planning and direction of the company, and acts as liaison between the management and the employees. Krishna brings more than 14 years of experience in technology organizations and deep domain expertise in CRM, ecommerce, and higher education. He has successfully built and managed multiple teams of creative, technical and service personnel from the ground up, including professional services and engineering teams. He also excels in delivery management, account management and client relations, and has managed large teams of more than 120 resources across multiple divisions in support of complex development and implementation cycles. Krishna holds an M.S Degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University, and a B.E. Degree in Electrical and Electronics from Andhra University. |
![]() | Jen Kindell| Director, Operations As Director of Operations, Jen is responsible for the company’s overall organizational development strategy, including human resource programs focused on recruitment and policy development. She also works closely with the executive team to establish infrastructure and business processes to efficiently support all aspects of operations including accounting, corporate governance, vendor relationships, employee benefits, contracts and facility management. Prior to 360 Vantage, Jen served as HR and Recruiting Supervisor for ITT, a military staffing organization, where she headed up recruiting, finance and contracts as part of the senior management team. During her tenure at ITT, she managed all aspects of recruitment in the organization’s Colorado Springs and Kuwait offices. Prior to ITT, Jen served as the Comptroller for Sapporo Restaurant Group where she played a key role in building the infrastructure, recruitment, staff management and growth strategy for new restaurant concepts. Jen studied Broadcast Journalism at Western Washington University and Arizona State University. |
